This 21-day guided program will help you: 1) eat right, 2) move right, 3) think right and 4) rest right in order to improve your health and achieve your optimal weight.
“Don’t check your body, check your habits!” – Dr. Arun Sharma, Founder, Director of the International Institute of Mahayoga & Natural Hygiene (IMANAH), USA
Instead of focusing on a particular disease or organ, consider your body as a whole. The body is intelligent enough to know what need is more critical and which aspect needs healing on priority. All we need to do is provide the body the right materials, opportunity, and time to self-repair, rejuvenate and heal.
In the program you will develop holistic lifestyle habits that will help you experience the oneness of the body, mind and spirit.
The focus is not on curing any disease or imbalance but improving health.
How does the 21-day Challenge improve your health?
Eat Right
We work on consuming food through all the 5 elements:
The order of creation (Space – Air – Fire – Water – Earth) falls in the same order of priority for maintaining our health.
- Space – Creating space in our bodies with practices such as fasting.
- Air – Breathing in pure air not only through the nose but also through the skin.
- Fire – Absorbing the radiations of sunlight using various techniques.
- Water – Maintaining and using the water element, consuming osmotic water through fruits and vegetables.
- Earth – Choosing positive solid food, less dense the better.
Move Right
Choosing mindful movement is equally important.
In this 21-day Challenge, you will also get to practice mindful movements through daily 60 minutes of yoga sessions with my guidance. The yoga modules are designed to engage all the body movements including forward bends, backbends, inversions, and spinal twists.
Do you know that we create a pattern of movement according to the life situations we face? These patterns can restrict the enjoyment of life to the fullest.
Yoga opens many doors for mindful movement.
In the current era, there is an imbalance with respect to physical body movements. Few generations back, when the economy was mainly agriculturally based, being physically active was rewarded. Mentally we were more relaxed. Modern professions in cities have slowed our bodies and sped up our minds.
So, movement is a must!
But which type of movement will help you create that necessary balance? This requires a deeper understanding of specific behavioral patterns to address.
In Yoga, the balanced state of physical health is expressed as the ability to make our body as hard as a diamond and as soft as a petal based on need.
We can enjoy this power when we systematically train our bodies for different speeds and intensities of stretching.
Think Right
The mind can be a friend or an enemy. “We are what we think about,” said Ralph Waldo Emerson.
To build a habit and discipline, efforts are needed. Mind control is especially important in building discipline. Many times we know all the good practices but are unable to convert them to habits.
How to stay away from cravings? How to wake up early? How to consistently choose clean foods?
All these challenges are resolved when we get clarity in thoughts and control over the wandering mind. We learn simple techniques to stick to the routine for 21 days under “Think Right.”
Rest Right
Learn scientific ways of calming down your mind through digital detox and pranayama practices for good sleep and high quality of rest time.
We will work on calming down the nervous system to get deeper relaxation through practices like Yoga Nidra.
We’ll also work on improving the quality of sleep. Getting enough sleep is essential for optimal health and well-being. Good sleep is as vital as regular exercise and eating a balanced diet.
Sleep helps the body repair, regenerate, and recover. The immune system is no exception to this relationship. Research shows how better sleep quality can help the body fight off infection. There is a strong link between obesity and poor sleep patterns. Sleep also has links to several brain functions, including concentration, productivity, and cognition.
What participants across batches say

What will make the program work for you?
Many of my students see significant improvements in their posture, attitude, mental and physical state in 28 days. People have lost 1-4 kgs in 4 weeks, without starving or controlling food portions.
There are a few things they all had in common:
The willingness to try new foods and cooking methods, open-mindedness to question traditional wisdom and customs, a spirit of enquiry, determination to improve your health and well-being, and curiosity to understand the Why behind the What and How – these attributes will support your success.
Who should not take this challenge?
The program will not work for you if you:

It definitely helps in improving our eating habits and it brings a sense of discipline to be able to follow the healthy routine. I had gone out on the second last day of the clean eating week, for lunch with friends where I could have easily eaten the food, but I stuck just to-no dressing salad and grilled veggies. So yeah, the workshop brings in the discipline and determination required to do the work for being healthy! I always wanted to do the workshop as I wanted to detox my system and know about the healthy alternatives and changes required in my daily menu. And I am really happy to have done it with all the rules. Thanks, Saee .... it made me feel good and light.”
The 21-day challenge is effective, comprehensive, and very user friendly. Saee’s constant support and nudges helped me stay vegetarian and eat clean for 21 days and I plan to continue this way.
Such an amazing, holistic program that covers so many different pillars of health and wellness in just 21 days! And Saee is an absolute pleasure to learn from, and goes out of her way to offer amazing support throughout. I still marvel at how she manages to pull it off in such a calm, composed, and patient manner. She is obviously the embodiment of her teachings. And everything is done with a super balanced, non forceful, and practical approach with compassion and understanding rather than shaming. Highly recommended program for anyone interested in holistic health and wellness of the body, mind, and spirit!
The 21-day clean eating program with Saee is a holistic program. I learnt about what I need to eat for my body, at what time, and how I need to eat. I learnt how to manage my energy throughout the day with food. What makes this program holistic is that it has elements of mind training, physical yoga practising and relaxation techniques. Saee is someone who only teaches what she practices in her life, and it is clearly visible from the conviction she has while teaching. I had tried several diets before and failed at counting calories. With clean eating, I enjoyed my food and learnt how to practice self-restraint. In the program, we were given recipes and a lot of learning materials which were great tools to practice cleaning eating. I feel lighter, more energetic, happier and lost 5 kgs during the program. Saee is an excellent coach who genuinely cares about her clients and has added so much value to my life. Saee has also helped my father prepare for his surgery. With her guidance, we have been able to get his diabetes and cholesterol under control. I will recommend this program to anybody who is interested in living a more sattvic life.
What I really loved about the program was it was holistic not just on a physical level (Yoga and eating clean) but the focus was also given on sleep and overall thinking which is great. The changes I saw on my myself with a month of Yoga and 3 weeks of clean eating include definite inch loss around my waist, arms and love handles and overall body toning; improved focus and clarity; quick insight into what my body needs; and a positive mindset. The world around me did not change, but I changed - for good!
The 21 day challenge is a well-crafted program that enables you to understand your mind & body. It develops a better version of yourself (if you are willing to give 100%)! Post the program, my perspective towards weight loss, eating & moving right took a 360 degree turn. It touches base on subtle elements that we hardly pay attention to. The power-packed Yoga sessions are add-ons that will help you in your journey (losing weight organically being the brownie points). Saee provided that support to enjoy the whole process on the fly. Saee is such a cool & amazing life-coach to have. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to explore new & find yourself!
It can take anywhere around 1 hr to 1.5 hrs to work on the holistic lifestyle changes that we are planning to inculcate at the end of this program. This includes the time to exercise, meditate, prepare food, etc.
Yes, you can. Nowadays travel is a part of our life. We learn ways to choose safe and clean food to consume while on travel and techniques to exercise and meditate on the go. So, travel plans should not stop you from joining this program if you have the determination and will to complete.
It won’t be effective if you take a break in between. It’s advisable to complete the whole program as any new habit gets formed only when we continuously practice it for more than 21 days.
I have a WhatsApp group where I add all the holistic clean eating program participants once the program is over. There, you get a chance to interact with likeminded people and learn from each other. I keep on sharing informative articles, news, recipes on that group. This is the best way for you to remain motivated and continue following clean eating practices once the program is over.
Weight loss is an initial and inevitable outcome of changing dietary habits. As the body cleanses and then replenishes, you will achieve your optimal weight.
