I learned that I don't have to make drastic changes immediately and change my food habits. I can take it slow, stick to my South Indian food intake. I learned that I should take 5 servings of fruits per day which I'm trying to include in my diet. You had a very friendly approach and felt comfortable talking to you. Also, you got my basic health and habits info through Google sheet the previous day. That made the conversation worthwhile as you didn’t spend all the time in getting to know my issues through the call then. Then the phone consultation was easier as it did not require the standard way of going to a nutritionist's clinic, etc. I could talk to an expert from home itself. That made things easier.
