Kairi Dal

Ingredients:

  • chana dal ( 2 cups)
  • raw mango ( 2 cups)
  • 3 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 tsp hing
  • curry leaves
  • red chillies
  • jaggery per taste

Method:

  • Soak chana daal ( 2 cups) for 3 hrs
  • Coarsely grind in the mixer.
  • Grate raw mango ( 2 cups)
  • Mix dal, mango with dry tadaka ( mustard seeds 3 TSP, hing 2 TSP, curry leaves, red chillies )
  • Add jaggery and red chilli powder per taste.
  • Mango dal is ready
