The course consists of recordings of the live Goan Sattvic cooking workshop. You may be surprised to know that many authentic Goan dishes are already oil-free, dairy-free, and free of processed food items.
In this course, you will learn some of these recipes, some of which have been made clean eating compliant. This online course will help you expand your cuisine in a Clean Eating style. No oil, no sugar, no processed flours – just wholesome ingredients.
