Dates Coconut Ragi Kheer
Ingredients
1cups sprouted and roasted ragi flour
1 cup dates paste
1/2 cup grated jaggery
1/2 cup grated coconut
5-6 elaichi
3-cups water
Prep time 10 -15 mins

Method
1 take a vessel add ragi flour and mix in water
2. Grind grated coconut, elaichi, and jaggery to a fine paste and add dates paste and grind further to get a very fine paste.
3. Add the above paste to the ragi flour mixed in water, avoiding any lumps
4. Put the vessel on flame and keep stirring the mixture contiously till it thickens.
5. Serve it garnished with grated coconut and dry fruits of your choice..
** depending on your taste preference, quantity of coconut, jaggery and dates can be adjusted.
