About Us

Back in 2014, Saee Bapat, yoga therapist and nutrition coach (and ex-IT) started “Clean Eating with Saee” which offered various programs and workshops for people to improve their health via whole food plant-based diet, yoga, and natural living practices. She helped (and continues to do so) thousands of people relearn the concept of health and improve their physical, mental and emotional well-being significantly. As Saee’s constant curiosity and open-mindedness led her to explore different avenues of health, she refined her services and enhanced the outcomes for all of her tribe.

Her friend, Monica Samuel, a digital marketer for small businesses and nonprofits, used to help Saee with content and marketing tips on and off since they met in 2012. In fact, Monica was a student in Saee’s first yoga batch that started in 2011. Having transitioned from an IT employee to a freelancer, Monica was in search of women who would get together in a group for professional development and collaboration. Saee was one of the first people Monica asked to join “WPower Synergy.” Through the group’s many activities over years, Monica and Saee grew to appreciate each other’s skills, values and ambitions. Multiple life events further strengthened the bond between the two friends.

Monica was/is also an avid explorer of inner transformation and social service. As the universe would have it, Monica joined Clean Eating with Saee as a marketing consultant in October 2019. Together, they grew the business by exploring (and breaking) social paradigms, volunteering, spiritualism, and their purpose in life. Both traversed different paths of inner transformation that always drew convergent conclusions.

In 2020, Deepali Gaonkar entered Saee’s life as a student in her 21-Day Health Challenge. A passionate home cook and entrepreneur, Deepali took to whole food plant-based cooking like fish to water. Very soon, she became part of WPower Synergy. Deepali began to take cooking sessions, a gap that was waiting to be filled in the Clean Waiting with Saee offerings. That led to more collaborations, and Deepali grew into this new role with astounding speed and skill.

It’s not for nothing that we call Deepali “Annapurna” coz’ that’s what she is – generous with her food, her time, and her compassion. She very soon launched Poshak Foods, a delivery service for whole food plant-based snacks across India. The service has been super successful, and Poshak snacks are adored by customers.

In late 2021, Saee, Monica and Deepali started talking about running residential offline events. And Monica became involved as a volunteer as well as a marketing consultant. 

The trio launched the first 2-day residential program – Bloom – in February 2022 in Pune. The event showed how well the three friends complimented each other and the idea of Poshak Life took root. We had all been thinking of expansion and the future. Who knew the expansion was really about our hearts, minds and souls!
