Ingredients
2 cups cooked butternut squash
1 cup chickpeas, cooked
2 tsp tahini (ground paste of soaked sesame seeds)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 tsp cumin
salt to taste
Instructions –
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy
- Adjust seasoning and taste
- Serve with veggie sticks, paratha or in wrap.
