Ingredients

2 cups cooked butternut squash

1 cup chickpeas, cooked

2 tsp tahini (ground paste of soaked sesame seeds)

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 clove garlic

1 tsp cumin

salt to taste

Instructions –

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy
  2. Adjust seasoning and taste
  3. Serve with veggie sticks, paratha or in wrap.
