Many times we want to change the people around us.
We also want them to start eating clean but we experience a lot of resistance and a drain on our energy.

The biggest motivator for any food related change is pain/suffering and willingness to work on it.
Unless someone is ready and willing to make a change, we cannot force them into it.

Instead focussing on personal practice helps us understand the change completely and when others around us seek our guidance
we can share it with them.
