Ingredients
2 English Cucumbers (chopped/grated)
1/2 cup Flesh of tender coconut (flesh of 1 tender coconut)
3 tbsp Finely chopped Mint
1 tbsp finely grated ginger
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Black salt
1-1/2 cup water (chilled or normal)
Method
1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy !
Notes
1. Do Not remove the peels. Peels are a good source of dietary fiber and loaded with essential micro-nutrients.
