Getting coached is difficult | Poshak Life

Is taking personal coaching difficult? Any form of psychotherapy is sometimes understood as difficult by people.

One, because they think that, oh, you know, I have to open up to a stranger.

And the other is about how a third person can tell me how to live my life!

But actually, coaching is not like that at all.

A coach is like a mirror that helps you look at your own life, your choices, your actions, your decisions. And then you make your assessment on whether these actions are taking you closer to where you want to be or away from it.

Then you can make some changes in your life based on the direction you want to go. That is how the coaching supports you.

The difficulty lies in the work that needs to be done to make that change in your life after the realization … that is the difficult part, but it is also the most rewarding part of the journey because that’s where you go closer to who you want to be.

So many times, I have seen clients move forward in life simply because of the healing space a coaching environment provides. And it’s a beautiful journey for me to witness. If this is something that you would also like to explore as well to enrich your life, you can start by booking an exploratory call or 1 psychodrama session.
