Last year I found out that my left foot inner arch was collapsed causing the heel pain in my left heel.

With these calf muscle strengening exercises daily, I got rid of the persistent heel pain.

I have used the balancing board for these exercises which was available in the gym.At home you can use a stack of hard pillows to raise the Heal Autos or edges of the foot.
