Do you think whole food plant-based diet is only for the elite class and not for the common man? You may be wrong. Do you think you have to consume cashew cheese, almond milk, nutritional yeast and also many more super foods in order to be on whole food plant based diet? No.  Do I consume all these things on an everyday basis? No.                                                                                                                                                       What do I consume daily? Fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, and Dal, Rice, chapati, sabzi. Just removing the harmful ingredients and making sure the ingredients that are used are unrefined and as much as possible organic.
