We have just completed the online Diabetes special 21 day back to health program.

All the 7 participants who have enrolled for the program were successful in reducing the blood sugar in 21 days with dietary changes and lifestyle modifications.4 participants were also able to reduce the medication by 50% compared to when they started. One participant went off medication completely.


We would like to contribute this success to many factors. Like, determined effort by each of the participants, continuous hand holding, holistic management of the disease to name a few. But to me the most outstanding factor has been the community support. When working on changing any habit, be it food or lifestyle habits alone, people can feel unsupported, unsafe or isolated. This can make it harder to adhere to the suggested modifications as well as slowing the journey.

Throughout the program they were supported by

– A medical doctor

– A holistic nutritionist

– An emotional wellness coach

– A plant-based chef

and Fellow co-travelers 

Each one in the community was sharing the same goal. And so it felt like the heavy lifting need not be done alone but they could lean on each other in challenging times.

The next 21 day diabetes special program and 21 day back to health program are starting in January and we are hopeful of their success with solid community building and support!
