In this video we are sharing 3 simple rules which can help us choose safe food products while reading the labels. like,
1. Avoid foods with more than 5 ingredients
2. Avoid foods with ingredients which an 8 year old cannot pronounce or understand 
3. Avoid foods that have some form of sugar or sweetener listed amongst the top 3 ingredients.
