Sweet potato raw brownie
Ingredients:
Soft dates 1 cup
cacao powder – 2 tbsp
Steamed sweet potato – 1 1/2 cup
walnuts chopped – 2 tbsp
Method:
1. Blend together dates, sweet potato and cacao powder
and set it in a flat plate/ cake mould
2. Garnish with walnut pieces on the top.
Raw brownie is ready ?
