Sushma (name changed) was a happy 45-year-old homemaker taking care of her joint family of 12 members. Being a foodie, she loved cooking food from multiple cuisines. Her work in the kitchen led to a lot of exertion, leaving her no time or energy for exercise.

In two weeks, Sushma realized that she did not feel bloated anymore. There was a lightness in her body and her stomach. Her weight started to reduce. Best of all, she could sleep better. For the first time in many months, she did not get up in the middle of the night because of acid reflux.
Her family members, initially skeptical of clean eating, could not deny the visible changes in Sushma. They became more supportive and admired her high energy and positive attitude throughout the day.
