1 cup of soaked chickpeas
2 tbsp. sesame seeds (soaked for 2 hrs.)
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
2 green chilies
6-7 garlic cloves
1 tsp lemon juice
pinch of hing
salt to taste
Direction :
- Soak 2 tbp. sesame seeds for 2 hours, grind into a paste.
- Roast 1 tsp mustard, 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds, a pinch of hing, and powder them.
- Overnigh soak chickpeas, pressure cook, and blend with sesame paste, 2 green chillies, 6-7 garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt, and achar powder.
- Keep it slightly grainy, garnish with chickpeas and coriander.
- Enjoy with toasted whole wheat sourdough!
