This cheese sauce is quick and easy.
Use it as a pasta sauce, top it on savory tarts, or pizza or add it to your wraps or sandwiches.

Ingredients
1/2 cup cashew (soaked for 1 hour)
1 boiled potato with peel(you may also steam)
1-2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste

Method

  1. Soak cashews for 4 hours.
  2. Grind to a fine paste.
  3. Add boiled potato, nutritional yeast, turmeric powder, lemon juice and salt.
  4. Grind all together.
  5. Our delicious cheese sauce is ready.

Note –
You may add 2-3 garlic cloves if you like.
shelf life of this sauce is 8 days
