Ingredients :
- 10-12 tomatoes
- 1 big onion
- 7-8 garlic cloves
- 1 red capsicum (optional)
- apple cider vinegar 1 .5 tbsp
- salt
- basil/ oregano etc if desired
- soaked raisins 4 tbsp
Method:
1. Roast cut tomatoes, onions, red capsicum, garlic in OTG till they turn brown…at 180 degrees for 15-20mins
2. Blend with all the other ingredients..no need to add water
3. Ketchup is ready.
Variation:
You can even add other spices like pepper, chilli powder, cinnamon powder as per taste.
lemon juice can be used in place of vinegar.
Even the raw version w/o roasting the veggies tastes great!
