Ingredients
- 4 medium size ripe tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 2 dates/ 2 tsp jaggery
- Salt to taste
- 5 – whole pepper
- 2 cloves
- 1/2 beetroot
- 1 dry byadgi Chilli
10.1 tsp Apple cider vinegar / 1 lemon juice
Instructions
- Roast cut tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped garlic, chopped beetroot in OTG or on tawa till the edges turn
brown at 180 degree for 20 minutes
- Let the mixture cool down.
- To the blender add in the cooled down mixture, dates, pepper, cloves, dry byadgi chilli and apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. Blend the mixture well.
- Our tomato ketchup is ready to serve.
