1 medium size boiled potato
1 cup steamed cauliflower florets
2 tbspn lemon juice
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbspn nutritional yeast
salt as per taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
For white sauce –
Add potato, cauliflower, lemon juice, salt, nutritional yeast and 1 cup of coconut milk to mixie jar.
Grind all ingredients together till it becomes smooth paste. Season with black pepper
Note – You can add this sauce directly to pasta or for baked vegetables.
