Peanut Curd

Ingredients:

  1. 100 gm organic peanuts
  2. 500 ml drinking water
  3. Vegan curd Starter 1 tbsp ( can use store bought vegan curd or 10-12 chili crowns in the beginning)

Method:

  1. Soak peanuts overnight and and grind it after draining that water.
  2. Add the peanut paste to 500 ml water and pour it into a pan
  3. Boil it for 8 to 10 min as it becomes creamy and thick.
  4. Leave it for a while.
  5. Remove the malai formed on top (optional step) and add a starter to it.
  6. Leave it for 8 to 10 hrs, thick peanut curd is ready
  7. It can be stored in refrigerator for 5-6 days
