Tofu Soya Paneer

TOFU 

Ingredients

Soybeans – 200 gms

Water – 1.5 ltr

Lemon juice – 2 tbsp

Ditections

  1. Soak 200gms whole soybeans for 10 to 12 hrs.
  2. Remove the skin of soybean by using ur both palms.
  3. Use 1.5-liter water to grind the soybeans.
  4. Strain it with a cotton cloth, Soya milk is ready.
  5. Boil it by continuous stirring in a big vessel while adding 2 tbsp of water in 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
  6. Add lemon juice in small qty to hot soya milk till the water gets separated.
  7. Immediately Strain it in a cotton cloth and cover it with the same cloth.
  8. Put some heavy weight on it and remove excess water from the soya paneer.
  9. Keep it for 45 mins to 1 hr.
  10. Cut them into small pieces.
