Coconut Buttermilk
Ingredients:
1 cup tender coconut malai
Spices of your choice:
Grated ginger – 2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Rock salt to taste
Dry Tadka ( optional)
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Curry leaves
Method:
1. Blend tender coconut malai with little water to make it into a smooth consistency paste.
2. Now mix in the spices like ginger, salt, coriander leaves, and extra water to get the desired consistency of the buttermilk.
3. You can even add dry tadka after dry roasting curry leaves, mustard seeds and cumin seeds in it.
4. The spiced buttermilk is ready to serve.
