Serving Size: 2 small cups or Or 1 big glass
Ingredients:
- Soak 4-5 almonds,
- 4-5 cashews for 7-8 hrs
- Soak 3 dates for 10 mins
Method:
- Grind everything till smooth paste..
- Add required water
- Can flavour it with vanilla / coco powder/ cardamom/ safron etc
- Serve chilled with cut fruits on the top ??
- For kids you can even add 1-2 tsp of soaked sesame seeds/ chia seeds/ pumpkin seeds etc.
