Ingredients:

2 cups of diced watermelon
1/2 tsp of black salt
4-5 Mint leaves
1/2 lemon juice
Small pieces of watermelon and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Wash the watermelon and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Put the diced watermelon into a blender and blend it until it becomes a smooth puree.
  3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the blender with the watermelon puree.
  4. Add 1/2 tsp of black salt to the puree and blend again to mix it well.
  5. Add some mint leaves to the blender and pulse a few times to combine them with the watermelon puree.
  6. Pour the watermelon Sharbat into a glass, and garnish it with small pieces of watermelon and mint leaves.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Note:
1. The lemon adds a nice tangy flavor to the watermelon Sharbat and the black salt enhances its taste.

2. You can adjust the amount of salt and lemon juice according to your taste preference.

3. If the watermelon is not sweet then add 2 soaked dates.
