Cook Along with Deepali – FREE Workshop

Whole Food Plant Based Food is delicious! Well, we know that for sure! But the challenge for many of us is the time and preparation involved. But once you get started, the rest also falls into place.
Deepali is an amazing cook and ever since she has switched to a whole food plant-based lifestyle, she has incorporated even more elements such as “conservative cooking” into her recipes, for every dish to be super tasty and nutritious.
Here’s your chance to learn to cook like Deepali, side-by-side with Deepali in this cook along session.
This month, learn to make:
Masala Vada
Keep the ingredients ready at the time the session starts. You can make this, Masterchef style, as Deepali demonstrates. For alternatives, Deepali will share more in the workshop.
Ingredients
1 cup channa dal (soaked for 4 hours)
1 inch cinnamon
1-2 dried red chilli
3/4 tsp cumin seeds
3/4 tsp saunf
1 onion (chopped)
1 handful pudina/dil leaves
1 sprig curry leaves (chopped)
1 and 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
1-2 green chillies (chopped)
banana leaves or parchment paper

Mixie/Grinder
Tawa or air fryer or oven
