A good listener will always have a good relationship with others, and herself. Being a good listener requires emotional maturity and unconditional acceptance. And it is a skill that can be mastered with regular practice.

In the 3.5 hours of the EMERGE session, you will:

• learn why and how listening is important to nurture any relationship,
• assess your own listening skills,
• understand what listening involves and does not involve,
• reflect and assess areas of work for yourself,
• learn how to improve your listening skills,
• apply the recommendations through role plays,
• self-reflect and grow.
