21 DAY CHALLENGE
This is a 21-day guided program that will help you: 1) eat right, 2) move right, and 3) think right, in order to improve your health and achieve your optimal weight.
Key Features
1. Goal setting.
2. Fixed meal plan for a week with the list of ingredients and recipes shared in advance to plan better.
3. 15 live/recorded yoga sessions focussing on toning of the muscles and facilitating weight balance.
4. Daily commitment circle at 5.30 am to stay focussed
5. Access to support group on WhatsApp post-program
The pre-requisite to attend the program is a total commitment for 21 days.
