7-Day Fruit-Cleanse
*WHY?*
For centuries, various cultures have experimented with the process of detoxifying the body with an entirely fruit-based diet, often referring to the process as a fruit fast. Individuals who complete such fasts experience increased energy, feeling of lightness, and better health overall.
You may be thinking, I eat nothing but whole plant-based foods, I exercise regularly. I don’t need to lose weight or increase my energy. So do I need it? Believe it or not, toxins are all around us. In the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food that we consume.
The antioxidants, phytonutrients, enzymes, and fiber from fresh organic fruit help to drive out these impurities, stopping the formation of free radical cells. So all of us can use a fruit detox every once in a while.
*How?*
We are hosting a 7-day guided fruit-cleanse from 5th May to 12th May. When we fast on water or on fruits, feasting on *subtle foods* play a very vital role ensuring the detox experience is smooth. Also in our experience, daily commitment circles help stay focused during the fast.
We begin with a group coaching session to understand the process and resolve all the doubts on 5th May, Sunday 4pm to 5.15pm.
From 6th to 12th May we follow a fruit-cleanse routine with live daily commitment circles from 5.30am to 6am ,daily prompts on subtle foods consumption and handholding on a dedicated WhatsApp group.
