Program: 5 day Online Yoga

Join me in these yoga sessions if you want to stay relaxed, calm, strong, and focused on your yoga practice from the comfort of your homes.
I am offering 5 yoga sessions per week From Mon-Fri online using zoom.
Recorded sessions will be available on the FB closed group for use for a week.
There are 2 batches available –
8 am – Beginners, level 1
5 pm – Intermediate or advance
Yoga sessions will be available for a week on the group for later access.
The sessions will be a combination of Hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, and props yoga.
