Sunday Yoga With Saee : Props yoga (Back strengthening)

FreeEvery Sunday in August we will meet for a group yoga practice on Zoom!
Mindful movement is extremely important in order to remove toxins from the body.
In the first session of Props yoga,
We will focus on the postures effective in strengthening the back muscles.
We will use easily available props at home like a chair, a dupatta/ belt and wall to
build the foundation in order to better understand and explore body alignment in the postures.
Join me for this hour-long practice to understand and learn simple postures effective in managing
back-pain.
