Sunday Yoga With Saee : Props yoga (Legs and Hips)

Every Sunday in August we will meet for a group yoga practice on Zoom!

Mindful movement is extremely important in order to remove toxins from the body.

 

In this session of Props yoga,

We will focus on the postures focusing on stiffness in the legs and hips.

We will use easily available props at home like a chair, a dupatta/ belt and wall to

build the foundation in order to better understand and explore body alignment in the postures.

 

Join me for this hour-long practice to understand and learn simple postures effective in stretching muscles of the legs and hip openers.
