The only obstacle in eating clean in the long run is our addiction towards certain unhealthy food items. Tea, coffee, oil, sugar, salt are addictive. Once we overcome these addictions, our taste buds adapt to the natural taste of WHOLE FOODS and we start enjoying eating clean. All the clean food is naturally available, so in fact our groceries go back to basics, and we quite often end up saving money as compared to processed food.
