Ingredients:
- Beetroot-2 1/2 cups grated
- Jaggery-1/2 cup
- Dry coconut-1/2 cup
- Cardamom pd-1tsp
- Almonds and Cashews Chopped-3tbs
- Raisins-1tbs
Method:
1.Cook beetroot with half a cup of water or coconut milk till 2 to 3 whistles in pressure cooker.
2.Grind it after cooling.
3.Add jaggery,coconut and cardamom pd.
4.Cook till the water evaporates.
5.Add nuts.
Serve hot.
