Ingredients:
3-4 Pulpy fruits ( mango/chiku/banana/pineapple)Cut any pulpy fruit into big chunks and keep it in the freezer for 8 hrs
1 cup nuts ( cashew/almonds )
sweetener of your choice ( maple syrup/dates/raisins)
cardamom/ nutmeg powder or vanilla extract 1 tsp
Method:
Soak the nuts overnight.
Freeze the cut fruits overnight.
Blend frozen fruit, nuts, essence and sweetener until smooth
Freeze the mixture for 6-8 hrs.
Before serving blend again.
