Besan laddoo

Ingredients
1) 1/2 cup Bengal gram dal
2) 1/2 cup grated coconut
3) 1/4 cup dates powder
4) 1/4 cup dates ( without seeds)
5) 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
6) 10-12 almonds

Method
1. Roast the Bengal gram dal, almonds, and grated coconut separately.

2. Allow it to cool.

3. Grind the dal and almonds coarsely.

4. Mix all the ingredients & make round laddoos

Instead of gram dal we can also use moong dal or ragi!
