Ingredients:

Fresh grated coconut  – 1 cup
Jaggery powder – ¼ cup
Powdered dates – ¼ cup
Coarsely powdered cashews & almonds – 2 tbsp
Soya milk / any nut milk – 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Heat kadai. Add coarsly ground coconut, jiggery and dates in a kadai. Keep stirring on a medium flame till it removes moisture and becomes sticky.
  2. Add dry fruits powder, soya milk and keep stirring.
  3. When the mixture starts leaving sides, add cardamom powder and remove from flame.
  4. Spread on a plate.
  5. Cut into pieces after it cools down.
