Ingredients:
Fresh grated coconut – 1 cup
Jaggery powder – ¼ cup
Powdered dates – ¼ cup
Coarsely powdered cashews & almonds – 2 tbsp
Soya milk / any nut milk – 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder
Method:
- Heat kadai. Add coarsly ground coconut, jiggery and dates in a kadai. Keep stirring on a medium flame till it removes moisture and becomes sticky.
- Add dry fruits powder, soya milk and keep stirring.
- When the mixture starts leaving sides, add cardamom powder and remove from flame.
- Spread on a plate.
- Cut into pieces after it cools down.
