Ice-Cream Cone

Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour / any millet flour like jowar, bajra, etc

1/2 cup desiccated coconut

1/4th cup powdered jaggery / dry dates powder

2 tbsp nut mylk ( soy mylk /coconut mylk etc)

 

Method

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together and add nut mylk as per the requirement.
  2. Make it into a soft dough.
  3. Use the cone-shaped moulds and cover them with the dough after rolling out
  4. Bake in the Oven at 180 degrees C for 12-15 mins.
  5. They become crispy once cooled.
