Ice-Cream Cone
Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour / any millet flour like jowar, bajra, etc
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/4th cup powdered jaggery / dry dates powder
2 tbsp nut mylk ( soy mylk /coconut mylk etc)
Method
- Mix all the dry ingredients together and add nut mylk as per the requirement.
- Make it into a soft dough.
- Use the cone-shaped moulds and cover them with the dough after rolling out
- Bake in the Oven at 180 degrees C for 12-15 mins.
- They become crispy once cooled.
