Vitamin B-12 deficiency is very common now a days. People who consume animal products as well as those who don’t, both can suffer from B-12 deficiency.
B-12 is manufactured by bacteria and yeast. So in the natural environment we can get it from organic fruits and veggies directly sourced from the farm, pond water, river water etc. But due to toxic chemicals and excessive hygienic methods of cleaning, the microorganisms are getting destroyed.
Those who don’t consume animal products may suffer from low intake. Others can get the deficiency due to the inability to absorb B-12. As high protein diets, milk and meat can hamper the bodies capacity to absorb B-12. So if found deficient, supplements are necessary.
