4 Personal Coaching Sessions

Structure of the package:
- 4 one-hour sessions, every week or as needed. They need to be completed withing a span of 2 months. At the end of every session, we will together come up with an actionable plan keeping in mind your specific habits, food choices and severity of the health condition.
- It is recommended to follow the plan as agreed . You can use the daily tracker to share any challenges you face and the coach will work with you to resolve them.
- The next consultation will be planned with mutual agreement.

- 1 thirty-minute consultation with Dr Rupa Shah to get her medical opinion about your health issue, understand your reports and the treatment plan. She may also suggest altering or reducing the medication.
- Followed by 4 one-hour personal coaching sessions with Saee, every week or as needed. They need to be completed withing a span of 2 months. At the end of every session, we will together come up with an actionable plan keeping in mind your specific habits, food choices and severity of the health condition.
- It is recommended to follow the plan as agreed . You can use the daily tracker to share any challenges you face and the coach will work with you to resolve them.

1 Personal Consultation (75 mins, online)

The single sessions are ideal as a follow-up for clients who have completed the 4 coaching sessions package or a 21-day back to health program or a 3-day residential Bloom program.
During this session, Saee will understand the existing dietary practices and lifestyle habits and come up with an actionable plan that will take the client closer to his/her health goals. In one consultation, it’s not possible to cover all the necessary guidelines regarding dietary changes and lifestyle modifications, but the journey can get started with incremental changes with respect to the existing routine.
1 week accountability support using a data tracker is also a part of the consultation.
