Serves 6 to 8

Ingredients:

Coconut Milk- 2 cups
Mango pulp- 1 cup
Soaked Cashews- 1/2 cup
Maple syrup or jaggery syrup-1/4 cup
Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
Fruits- Mango, banana, apple, pomegranate, chikoo.
Soaked Almonds-8

Method:

1. Grind together cashews, coconut milk, mango pulp, jaggery syrup and cardamom powder in a mixer.
2. You can add water for adjusting the thickness of cream.
3. Cut fruits into cubes and add before serving.
4. Garnish with some fruits and almonds.
5. Fruit cream is ready.
