Ingredients:
Shredded tofu- 400 gms
Powdered jaggery- 5 tbsp
Rose essence – 2 tsp
Saffron strands – 8-10
Shredded pistachios – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Mix tofu, jaggery and rose essence together.
- Mix it well until it leaves oil.
- Make small balls.
- Give it desired shape.
- Sprinkle saffron , garnish it with pistachios.
- Serve it chilled.
You can keep it for 1-2 days.
