Avocado Butter Milk

 

Ingredients

 

1  Whole Avacodo Pulp (ripped)

1/4 cup of Tender coconut flesh

1 whole lemon juice

1/2 inch grated ginger

1/2 chopped green chilly

1/4 cup of mint leaves

1/2 cup of water

Rock Salt to taste

 

Method:

 

  1. Add tender coconut flesh, lemon juice, grated ginger, chopped grind chilly, mint leaves and 1/4 cup of water to mixie jar and grind to fine paste.
  2. Add Avacado pulp and Rock salt as per taste and grind till it become smooth and fine.
  3. Add remaining water if you find the butter milk to be too thick.

 

Variation :

  1. Instead of mint you may add palak, coriander, dill leaves to add more flavour
  2. Instead of tender coconut you may also add grated fresh coconut or even vegan curd.
