Avocado Butter Milk
Ingredients
1 Whole Avacodo Pulp (ripped)
1/4 cup of Tender coconut flesh
1 whole lemon juice
1/2 inch grated ginger
1/2 chopped green chilly
1/4 cup of mint leaves
1/2 cup of water
Rock Salt to taste
Method:
- Add tender coconut flesh, lemon juice, grated ginger, chopped grind chilly, mint leaves and 1/4 cup of water to mixie jar and grind to fine paste.
- Add Avacado pulp and Rock salt as per taste and grind till it become smooth and fine.
- Add remaining water if you find the butter milk to be too thick.
Variation :
- Instead of mint you may add palak, coriander, dill leaves to add more flavour
- Instead of tender coconut you may also add grated fresh coconut or even vegan curd.
