Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup jowar, soaked overnight
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup capsicum, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup freshly grated carrot
- 1/4 cup steamed corn
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- 2 tbsp tikkhi meethi chutney
- Salt, to taste
Garnishing:
- 1 tsp chopped spring onion
- 1 tsp roasted groundnuts
- 1 tsp pomegranate seeds
Method:
- Pressure cook soaked jowar until soft.
- Mix cooked jowar with red bell pepper, capsicum, carrot, corn, onion, and coconut.
- Add tikkhi meethi chutney and salt, mix well.
- Garnish with spring onion, roasted groundnuts, and pomegranate seeds.
- Serve as a healthy snack or light meal.
