Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup jowar, soaked overnight
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup steamed corn
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp tikkhi meethi chutney
  • Salt, to taste

Garnishing:

  • 1 tsp chopped spring onion
  • 1 tsp roasted groundnuts
  • 1 tsp pomegranate seeds

Method:

  1. Pressure cook soaked jowar until soft.
  2. Mix cooked jowar with red bell pepper, capsicum, carrot, corn, onion, and coconut.
  3. Add tikkhi meethi chutney and salt, mix well.
  4. Garnish with spring onion, roasted groundnuts, and pomegranate seeds.
  5. Serve as a healthy snack or light meal.
