Ingredients:

  •  2   English Cucumbers (chopped/grated)
  •  1/2 cup  Flesh of tender coconut (flesh of 1 tender coconut)
  •  3 tbsp Finely chopped Mint
  •  1 tbsp finely grated ginger
  •  2 tbsp lemon juice
  •  1 tsp  Black salt
  •  1-1/2 cup water (chilled or normal)

Method:

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Notes:

  •  Do Not remove the peels. Peels are a good source of dietary fiber and loaded with essential micro-nutrients.
