Ingredients:
- 2 English Cucumbers (chopped/grated)
- 1/2 cup Flesh of tender coconut (flesh of 1 tender coconut)
- 3 tbsp Finely chopped Mint
- 1 tbsp finely grated ginger
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Black salt
- 1-1/2 cup water (chilled or normal)
Method:
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Notes:
- Do Not remove the peels. Peels are a good source of dietary fiber and loaded with essential micro-nutrients.
