Ingredients:
20-25 soft dates
150 ml water
60 gm small grated beetroot
Pink salt (optional)
100 gm chopped strawberries
100 gm mulberries
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the soft dates and water. Blend until smooth.
- Add the grated beetroot to the date mixture. Blend again until well combined. Add a pinch of pink salt if desired to elevate sweetness. Set aside this mixture as the base.
- In the remaining mixture, add the chopped strawberries. Keep this mixture aside.
- In a separate bowl, add the mulberries to the remaining half of the base mixture. Blend until smooth.
- Pour both the strawberry mixture and mulberry mixture into popsicle molds, creating layers or separately.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until solid.
- Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy your naturally sweet and naturally flavored popsicles!
