Ingredients:

20-25 soft dates
150 ml water
60 gm small grated beetroot
Pink salt (optional)
100 gm chopped strawberries
100 gm mulberries

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the soft dates and water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the grated beetroot to the date mixture. Blend again until well combined. Add a pinch of pink salt if desired to elevate sweetness. Set aside this mixture as the base.
  3. In the remaining mixture, add the chopped strawberries. Keep this mixture aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, add the mulberries to the remaining half of the base mixture. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour both the strawberry mixture and mulberry mixture into popsicle molds, creating layers or separately.
  6. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until solid.
  7. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy your naturally sweet and naturally flavored popsicles!
