- 1 Dragon fruit (medium size)
- 1 Mango
- 2 Dates

- 7-8 Pumpkin seeds (for garnish)
- 1/2 cubed mango
Instructions:
- Peel and chop the dragon fruit into small pieces.
- In a blender, combine the dragon fruit pieces and pitted dates. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the dragon fruit mixture into a glass or bowl.
- Peel and chop the mango, and add it to the blender.
- Add coconut milk to the blender with the mango and blend until smooth.
- Slowly pour the mango-coconut milk mixture over the dragon fruit mixture in a swirling motion to create a marble effect.
- Use a chopstick or a spoon to gently swirl the layers together, creating a marbled pattern.
- Garnish the smoothie with slices of banana, mango, dragon fruit, and pumpkin seeds.
