8 dry kokum pieces
1 pinch hing
1 tsp salt
1 tsp jaggery
2 cups water
4-5 finely chopped garlic
1 finely chopped chilly
1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
Method
- Soak dry kokum in 2 cups of water for 1/2 – 1 hour.
- Add hin, salt, jaggery, garlic, chilly
- Mix well
- Garnish with chopped coriander
