Ingredients:

4 passion fruits
3 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
Instructions:

  1. Cut each passion fruit in half and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Use a strainer to remove the seeds and collect the juice in a separate bowl.
  3. Blend the diced mangoes into a puree until completely smooth.
  4. Mix the mango puree with the passion fruit juice.
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and cover with the lid.
  6. Place the molds on a level surface in the freezer and freeze for 6-7 hours or until completely firm.
  7. To remove the popsicles from the molds, run each mold under cold water for a few seconds at a time and jiggle the popsicle back and forth with the stick until it loosens. If they’re not coming out easily, run under water again for a few seconds and try again.
  8. Store leftover popsicles in a freezer-safe bag or glass container for up to 2 weeks.
