Ingredients:
4 passion fruits
3 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
Instructions:
- Cut each passion fruit in half and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
- Use a strainer to remove the seeds and collect the juice in a separate bowl.
- Blend the diced mangoes into a puree until completely smooth.
- Mix the mango puree with the passion fruit juice.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and cover with the lid.
- Place the molds on a level surface in the freezer and freeze for 6-7 hours or until completely firm.
- To remove the popsicles from the molds, run each mold under cold water for a few seconds at a time and jiggle the popsicle back and forth with the stick until it loosens. If they’re not coming out easily, run under water again for a few seconds and try again.
- Store leftover popsicles in a freezer-safe bag or glass container for up to 2 weeks.
